Fr. Wells
I have been informed by Archbishop Haverland that Fr. Laurence Wells is in the hospital because he has suffered a stroke. I urge prayers from all of you.
Visit, we beseech thee, O Lor, thy servant Lawrence, priest; drive fr from him all snares of the enemy; let thy holy Angles surround him and keep him in peace. Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
May Jesus come quickly to Fr Wells' aid and heal him of his present infirmity, if it be according to His Divine Will and Purposes.
Dear LORD, please have Mercy upon Fr Wells, your faithful and committed servant; strengthen and sustain him in this, his hour of need. Shower him with Your lovingkindness and restore his soul, I pray,
This is a tragedy. I hope that we will continue to be informed of his condition and that all true Anglicans will keep him in their daily prayers, especially asking for a swift and complete recovery.
Archbishop Haverland has said that his speech is slurred, but he continues to be treated. He is unable to work as rector of St. Michael's, which is sad in itself.

Prayers for Fr. Wells tonight from this household. I hope it wasn't serious, and that he got treatment quicky. That is key.
Father Wells is in my daily prayers and Mass Intentions.

Any updates on our Fr. Wells' condition?
