he bravely defies all simplistic categories, such as mammal or bird, Catholic or Protestant. He just is.

LOL! You can see the same problem with the other people in the picture. Looks like your camera's automatic image enhacement algorithm failed.
The only way you're going to get that photo to look like it's not photoshopped is to... photoshop it!
