SAINT STEPHEN, DEACON AND MARTYR DEC. 26
The second day of Christmas is Saint Stephen, Deacon and Martyr ("The Feast of Stephen" that you have sung about in "Good King Wenceslas"). Mr. Nicholas Harrelson is a postulant for Holy Orders. When Archbishop Haverland gave me permission to allow him to preach (as is expected by Duke Divinity School) he required only that I first read his sermons.
